Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 28 days of purchase. After 28 days have passed, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
If you wish to cancel an order that is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving it. We'll then provide instructions for returning it to us. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm it has arrived. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your card provider, as it can take time for a refund to post. Next, contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we'll receive your returned item, and refunds can only be authorised once we have received the original item.
